Q: How can I get a quotation?

Please offer us 2D/3D drawings (with the material, dimensions, tolerance, surface treatment, and other technical requirements), quantity, application or samples. We can provide a quotation list within 24hours. Ps: you can also send us samples for evaluation.

Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?

The minimum order is 200 pcs, however less quantity is allowed at a higher price.

Q: What’s your mold making lead time?

According to the required construction, size, and subassemblies, usually, the mold making lead time is 4weeks from the mold design confirmed to mold finished.

Q: What about the production lead time?

The delivery time for samples is around 7-15 days, small-lot production is around 20 days, mass production depends on order quantity.

Q: How to control the quality?

We have experienced quality assurance department, the 2D/3D measuring instrument, in a mass production stage, we will have the specific QA and PE engineer to control the product quality, testing, and measurement.

Q: What’s the trade terms?

We offer flexible choices as FOB (preferred), EXW, CIF, CFR (port: Zhongshan, Hong Kong)

Q: What about the payment terms?

The payment is acceptable of T/T, L/C, PayPal with 50% deposit before production, and another 50% balance pay before shipment.

Q: What about the mold cost, life span, and ownership.

Mold cost depends on the type, design, construction, etc. Mold life span depends on your order quantity, generally the metal alloy mold range from 60k~150k shoot. In addition, we could supply free mold if the order quantity over the life span. As long as the customer pays for mold, the ownership belongs.
